A huge variety of wines is produced here, made possible by the diversity of reliefs and micro climates concentrated in small areas of the region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Lisbon wine region is one of the most productive in Portugal. The climate is temperate due to the Atlantic influence. The grapes of this wine underwent fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25\u00baC, followed by malolactic fermentation.
